Below are details about Camp Redwoods including camping/lodging details, arrival/registration, rules, and the general vibe and ‘flow’ at the event. We have tried to provide a good ‘overview’ but feel free to go on ourFacebook group to find out more if needed….

  • Basic Rules and ‘Realities’ to be aware of (more info below) :  

  • NO PETS/DOGS. NO DRUMS.

  • FOOD: Besides the meal plan which includes 5 meals (purchase with your ticket), Camp Navarro will have a cafe open for coffee, drinks, snacks, ice cream and other grab and go breakfast and lunch items. We will have our pizza oven and BBQ smoker open as well, hours tbd.

  • WATER CONSERVATION: Please take short 2-4 minute showers. Report any leaks or issues.

  • FIRE SAFETY will be strictly enforced.

  • NO OPEN FIRES. Gas stoves and gas BBQ only.

  • Please pack out trash when departing.

  • Do Not bring personal alcohol into CN permitted wine & beer bar area. No smoking in this area.

  • No cars are ever allowed in the cabin, teepee villages or redwood cathedral (includes unloading).

  • RV length Max is 28 feet. Larger vehicles may be put in ‘overflow’ area. There are NO services/hookups in RV area.

  • Camping/Van Camping is not allowed in our main parking lot. Purchase a car pass to stay in your van/vehicle in the car pass/deep end camping area.

Event Pricing : 

  • Ticket includes all music, activities, campfires (kids s’mores) , BYO tent camping and parking in main lot.

Adults: $269 (early bird price until sold out)

Kids: $99 ages 3-16, 2 and under free

Menus:

ADDITIONAL ITEMS: (purchase your ticket and these items are in addition)

Car Pass: $65 (camp with/near your car or van) - Van campers need to purchase this pass. No RV/trailers in this area (buy an RV pass). You must camp/park in the Deep End, far right side of CN map.

RV Pass (28 foot limit in main RV area) : $200 - RV and trailers need RV pass. Limited capacity. No Services/Hookups. A few spots have shared 20 amp power outlets. This is just an area to park your rig!

Meal Plan: Adults $149 + tax Kids $99 + tax ( 3 dinners & 2 brunch)

Cabin: (limited inventory) - $500, includes queen and twin bunk bed (3-4 people max). BYO bedding or purchase bedding for $50.

Glamping Teepees: $400 (max 3 guests (queen & twin on floor) BYO Bedding or rent bedding from CN. See below for more details/location of teepee…

Regular Teepee $300. BYO Bedding or rent bedding from CN. See below for more details. - 2 twins on tent floor, 2-3 people max.

 

Campout Details:

1) Parking in our main lot is included with your ticket. You will unload your belongings at your camp/lodging and then park your car.

There is a CAR PASS for purchase for those wanting to have their car at their campsite or nearby in the designated 'FAR OUT/Deep End' camping area.

NO RV or Cars with Trailers are allowed in this area (please buy RV pass if you have an RV or trailer). This car pass is $75. If you plan to camp in your vehicle (but don't have an RV/RV Pass), you need to purchase this pass and camp here as there is no van camping in our main parking lot. 

2) We will have a limited number of meal plans (5 meals) available that you need to purchase when you buy your tickets.

Adults are $149, Kids $99. 

* Other Festival/ala carte food options will be available.

3) The Adirondacks that are found in Pomo, Pawnee and Cherokee villages are first come, first served. They have a layout of 1 queen bed and three twins. Please share these villages and adirondacks with all in your camp area and there is no saving adirondacks or large areas.

4) For those wanting to avoid bringing your own tent and camping gear:

  • A few cabins will be available. $500. BYO bedding or rent bedding from CN ($50 for all beds) These are located in the Upper Cabin area and have one queen, a twin bunk bed (3-4 people max) and small sitting area, minimal lighting, electricity, and heater.

  • 'Deluxe Teepees' available for $400. BYO BEDDING for all beds or rent bedding ($50 for all beds) from CN. These have a queen bed and one extra twin mattress will be in the teepee if needed. No electricity/no heat. These teepees are found near the lower cabin area, RV grove and parking lot 1. (left side of map)

  • ‘Regular teepees’ are available for $300. These have 2 twin mattresses on the teepee floor/low frame. BYO BEDDING or rent bedding ($50 for all beds) from CN. No electricity/no heat. These units are found in the upper cabin area and near our main parking lot.

5) RV spots are $200 and limited and found in the lower cabin area near Gate 1. A few, first come first served, spots have access to limited basic electricity (20 amp, not typical RV power). CN reserves the right to not provide power in this area. There are no other RV services.

30 Foot RV limit in main RV area. Larger vehicles may be placed in parking lot 1 next to RV area.

6) CN has a WINE & BEER permitted area that covers the lodge, and the area in front of main stage and the campfire.

We will serve high quality, local libations at affordable prices.

  • This permit will be active during this event and only CN provided alcohol is allowed in this space. Please do not bring alcohol into this space or smoke in this space.

  • There is still be plenty of BYO space in the back of the lawn and on the river side of the lawn area or on the art barn lawn as well.

  • PLEASE respect signage and rulers for these permitted areas.

  • No smoking of any kind, cannabis included, in the permitted area. Please step outside the space to smoke. Thank you…

ARRIVAL/REGISTERING/TICKETS

Gates open at 10am on Friday.

**DO NOT arrive or lineup on Masonite Road before this time. There is plenty of room for all so don't sweat it.

Unless you are in an RV, you will enter at Gate 2 and register before going into the campground.

****There are no printed tickets. Please bring a copy of your ticket order and confirmation # and/or know the persons name your name/registration is under. This includes Ticket Transfers. **

After getting your wristband, you will drive to your camp and unload your stuff and immediately park in upper lot 2 before setting up camp. You may not leave the main road with your car. Please pull over, unload and then immediately park before setting up your camp.

RV guests will enter parking lot 1, Park in RV area and then walk over to the main lodge to register before unloading.

FOOD

There are a few ways to eat/do food while at the campout:

  1. Bring your own food and cook and cleanup responsibly. We will have designated sinks to do dishes. You will need to bring a camp stove as no campfires are allowed. We have dish washing sinks to clean so we ask that you DO NOT clean items in bathroom sinks. Please Pack out trash.

  2. Purchase a Meal Plan. Includes 5 buffet meals (3 dinners/2 brunch). No sharing with others please. Gluten free and Vegi options will be available. Brunch: 8:00-10:30am Dinner: 5-7pm

Adults $149, Kids $99 Includes Friday/Saturday/sunday Dinner & Saturday and Sunday Brunch

Meals will be served in the lodge dining room/lodge deck .

  1. CN will have breakfast and lunch items available in our cafe. Breakfast: Coffee, pastries, breakfast burritos, bagel & lox, etc... Lunch: Bowls, falaffel wrap, ice cream sandwiches... Dinner: Cafe + Pizza and BBQ
  • Exact menus and hours TBD
  1. We encourage you on our way up to visit local markets, restaurants, wineries and farms and enjoy the bounty of the Anderson Valley and Mendocino Coast. The Navarro General Store is about 2 miles from Camp Navarro and Lemon's Market in Philo has great sandwiches, fresh fish and meat to grill, etc...Gowan's Fruit Stand just west of Philo has lovely fruit, cider, pies...

BOOZE

  1. You can bring your own and consume responsibly. We highly encourage you to support our local breweries and wineries! Please follow signage/rules in main stage/lodge area which prohibit personal alcohol in this area.

  2. CN will serve local high quality and affordable libations. We serve Anderson Valley Brewery beer as well as local wine and cider. Please keep your own BYO beverages out of this area. We appreciate your support.

Day & Night Time Activities

  • River exploration is on your own. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
  • CN has tons of games including corn-hole, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes, volleyball, badmitton.
  • CN is planning to host archery and the rock climbing wall, more details provided closer to event.
  • S'mores will be put out for the kids around 7:00pm. Please supervise your children and cleanup after them.
  • Bring bikes for your kids but helmets and closed toe shoes must be worn and no riding allowed on Masonite Road or on lodge grass.
  • Please do not play team sports on the lawn.
  • As we near the event, community members may volunteer to lead yoga or other activities so we will update as needed.

Other Activities/Programs

Check schedule for further details but make sure to enjoy yoga, nature walks, camp parties, and of course, numerous magical music moments away from the main stage including acoustic camp jams, campfire jams and who knows what else may 'pop up'....

CAMPING OVERVIEW/TEEPEE RENTAL/RV SPACE

This is a camping event so bring your own tent or feel free to use/share the 12 cool Adirondacks (1 bunk bed, 1 queen, 1 twin beds in each) that are around the property in our campground villages. Tent camping is included in your ticket price. There is PLENTY of room for all so no need to freak out about space.

Teepee Rental:

For those wanting a convenient turnkey set-up, we have teepee tents available.

  • *Deluxe Teepees with 1 Queen bed and one twin, BYO BEDDING or rent.
  • **Regular tents w/ 2 twins on teepee floor. BYO BEDDING or rent. Teepees Located in *lower cabin and **upper cabin area.

CAMPING DETAILS:

Main Campground: This area is quite large and is divided into two sections:

**Far In: This area is closer to the lodge/main stage and campground shower house (12 showers). You will drive next to your camp area and drop your gear off and then immediately park in our upper lot. You are a minute or two walk to the main stage/lodge area.

Far Out/Deep End:

Anyone is allowed to camp in this area but you need a car pass to have your car parked in this area. Do not park in this area without a car pass.

This area is about a 2-3 minute walk from the main stage and is in the redwoods in the back part of the campground. Please follow signage and rules closely in this area (thx!).

  • With a car pass($75), you can camp inside your vehicle/camper van** or next to/near your vehicle. Without a car pass, please unload your belongings and park in our upper lot #2 .
  • Camping is allowed but** NO CARS** allowed inside the Redwood Cathedral Grove and Cherokee village. This will be clearly signed.

Please drive slowly (5MPH) and read signs carefully.

Lower Cabin Area: This area and neighboring redwood grove is reserved for bands, band guests, production and teepee rentals only.

RV & Trailer Camp:

RV maximum length 28 feet

RV placed first come first served in RV grove or in Parking lot 1.

No services provided except a few spots have 20 amp power

Generators allowed but please limit use and turn off by 10pm

RV area is lose to main stage and also other guests in teepees and cabins so please limit noise after 10pm.

You must get an RV pass to be in the RV areas. We will only allow designated RV and trailers in this area. RV and Cars with trailers can only camp in this area. Any unregistered RV"s will not be allowed onsite.

To sleep in your vehicle/camper van, you will camp in Far Out camping and need a Far Out Car Pass.

RV will enter the property at Gate #1 and park immediately on your left upon entering. No Generators after 11pm.

  • It is first come, first served for those who purchase an RV pass. There are a few spots with only 20amp electricity but these are not reserved. Work together to welcome and accommodate all our RV guests.
  • No RV over 28 feet.
  • If you did not get an RV pass, please do not show up with an RV. Please email dan@campnavarroca.com to be put on a waiting list.

TICKETING & REGISTRATION

  • Adult Tickets are $269 - camping, music, programs included

  • Kids tickets are $99

  • Kids 2 and under are free. Kids ticket is good for ages 3-16.

  • You will receive an email confirmation and confirmation number upon purchase of a ticket via our website or a ticket transfer, this is your access to the event. You will receive a wristband when you check-in onsite at Camp Navarro.

  • Registration will occur via Gate #2 and all guests, except RV guests, will check-in here first before setting up your camp.

  • There are no refunds but you are welcome to transfer tickets by Wednesday June 15th @ 12pm . Please do so on your own or post at the Event Facebook page:

  • Sell/transfer your tickets to another party and go to the website below to complete the transaction. You will need to execute the transaction on your own with new buyer and then go to website to execute transfer. Please sell tickets by June 15th @ 12pm

Saturday: 11am-3PM

OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION/TIPS/RULES (PLEASE READ):

  • THINGS to Bring: Drinking water, hand sanitizer, wipes, Flashlight/lanterns, Warm clothes and hats, water shoes, rain jacket, towel, biodegradable soap, trash bags, bedding if in teepee, low back camp chair, water bottle, wagon (for kids or gear), earplugs, bling bling, smiles....

  • We will post updates on Facebook. Check-in frequently.

  • We highly encourage you to avoid traffic on Friday and to arrive early so you can settle in comfortably.

  • No fires are allowed except those lit by Camp Navarro each evening.

  • No Dogs, Drums, amplified music,

No frisbee on the lawn, No saving huge amounts of space for others. No camping next to river or /within 50 feet. .

  • Kids two and under are free. if your child is older than 2, please pay for a ticket. We appreciate your understanding and honesty.
  • This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds. Bring layers/cozy warm clothes. Days are typically sunny and in the high 70's with nights dipping into the low 50's and 40's. Check the weather and come prepared for whatever mother nature has planned. Use Navarro, CA when you search.
  • Quiet hours are from 2am-8am. This means that if you are up after 2am that you respect other guests wanting to sleep or security will intervene as needed.
  • If possible, pack out as much of your trash as possible and do not leave behind random crap. Let's leave the property as we found it, pristine!
  • Party responsibly. Smoking is allowed only in the back of music areas, this will be strictly enforced this year as needed, please respect others! The organizers have the right to remove anyone from the property for misconduct, trespassing or any other transgression not in the spirit of the event.
  • The property has robust WIFI but limited or no cell service depending on your carrier so plan accordingly. VOIP available.
  • Adults are responsible for your kids and take full responsibility for them. There are no lifeguards on duty by the river and all rules regarding bikes on property and staying off the main Masonite Road must be observed.
  • Please be aware of poison oak and ticks. Do tick checks frequently. The nurses station has information and can help as needed.

Are fires allowed? NO

Do you need to bring drinking water? No, all water at CN is potable

Can I sleep in my van/vehicle? Yes, but you need a car pass

Can I sleep in the main parking lot with a car pass? No, you sleep in the designated far out/deep end area

Do you have vegi/vegan/gluten free options? Yes, the meal plan, cafe and pizza oven have these options (limited but provided).

Is these cell service? Limited or no depending on carrier. Wifi is provided

Can we play drums or amplified music in camps or at the campfire? No. Exceptions are made but need event approval.

Will there be water in the river? Yes. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

Can i fish in the river? NO

What's the weather like in August? Warm/hot days in the 70's/80's, nights in the 50's.

Can we arrive on thursday or stay over monday night? Unfortunately, no. Guests need to be off property by 1pm Monday.

Do you have vending? No.
